Les Oliviers (sleeps up to 3)
This second floor one-bedroom apartment is the largest in the building at around 70m2. With a fully equipped kitchen, air conditioned bedroom with king size bed, and bathroom with corner bath and separate shower, it is the perfect place to stay to appreciate the area.
The living area
The living area and separate bedroom have exposed beams to remind you that you are in an old building, and have great views over the large tree-lined square. It is well furnished with a sofa bed (that can sleep a third person), large coffee table, English and French TV, DVD player, CD player and a few games.
The kitchen
Les Oliviers’ modern fully equipped kitchen has an electric fan oven, 4 plate hob, large fridge/freezer, microwave/grill, kettle, toaster, dishwasher, clothes washer/dryer, and all pots, pans, utensils, crockery and cutlery you need. There is in addition a dining table with 4 chairs.
The bedroom
The separate en-suite bedroom has a king size bed, bedside tables with lamps, dressing table and chair with hair dryer, and fitted built-in wardrobe with mirrored doors. A portable air conditioner keeps you cool in summer, and there are electric wall heaters for winter.
The bathroom
The fully tiled bathroom has a corner bath with shower, a separate shower cubicle, wash basin and separate toilet.
Extras
All linen and towels are provided, meaning that airline weight restrictions do not cause a headache – or additional cost. There is a small additional charge for hire and laundry of beach towels.
Cleaning
The apartment will be thoroughly cleaned prior to your arrival. Clean linen is provided at the beginning of each stay. Additional cleaning and change of linen can be provided for €50 Euros.
Prices 2024
The minimum stay is 3 months. Yearly rate 750€. Les Oliviers is currently booked until at least September 2024.
