If your dates are available, I will email you a quote. If you accept, you will need to send us all your details by email, plus a deposit of 50%. Payment may be made to our PayPal account or by bank transfer. Once your payment has cleared, your booking will be confirmed. The final balance, plus the security deposit of €100 Euros, will be due 4 weeks prior to your arrival.

Cancellation Policy: more than 4 weeks in advance full refund, less than 4 weeks but more than 1 week 50% refund, 1 week or less no refund.

The security deposit will be returned in full, less the cost of any damages or items missing, within 10 days of your departure.

Before arrival you will be sent key details, plus we will endeavour to provide any other details you may request.
